The Isle of Man TT 2022 is already in full swing.  Yesterday, Monday, the second day of practice took place and the magic 130 mph limit could already be exceeded.

After it rained during the night, it dried over the day and at the start of practice the track was dry.  During the second lap around the mountain course Peter Hickman already managed a lap average of 130.72 mph with the Superbike.  With a Superstock bike, Davey Todd was only two seconds slower, making him the fastest rider in this class.

Unfortunately, the third lap had to be stopped with a red flag.  Sam West crashed at Laurel Bank.  He suffered hand and leg injuries and was airlifted to Noble`s Hospital.
