Suzuki SV650X the SV650 as a cafe racer

[sam id=”2″ codes=”true”]At the EICMA the production version of the new Suzuki SV650X was presented. Basis is the SV650. For a standalone appearance, the slightly changed design language. The headlight gets a lamp cover with side slits. At the rear and side there are new design elements. Footpegs and levers are now in a friendly black. The bench was quilted.

Since Cafe Racer was originally based on real racing machines, the SV650X now also got clippers and a new triple clamp. This results in a sportier seating position and a better feeling for the front wheel. The fork is now infinitely adjustable in the spring preload.

The drive has not changed. Again, the two-cylinder V-engine with 645 cc and 76 hp provides propulsion. The maximum torque of 64 Nm is reached at 8,100 revolutions. Optionally, a fog lamp with LED technology can be ordered. The price for the SV650X has not yet been revealed.
