This would allow the engine to stall when the clutch lever is pulled under certain circumstances. DCT motorcycles are not affected by the recall.
In America, 1,740 examples will have to go to the workshop, where new software with corrected ignition timing will then be installed.
Honda is writing to owners regarding the recall. The recall originates from the American region. Since motorcycles are usually produced in a plant for worldwide sales, other regions could also be affected.
