Honda has revised the XRE 300. The Brazilian-built motorcycle gets an update and is reminiscent of a smaller version of the Africa Twin.

Among other things, the front has been redesigned. The beak has been made more pointed and above it now shines a headlight with LED technology. Overall, the front should also offer improved wind protection. The turn signal and tail light have also been converted to LED.

 

Propulsion is provided by an air-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine that can run on gasoline or ethanol. The 292 cc engine produces 25.4 PS and 27.6 Nm. With ethanol, power increases to 25.6 PS and 28 Nm.

 

At unladen weight, 148 kg is specified, and the seat height is 860 mm. The tank holds 13.8 liters and the top speed is given as 135 km/h.

A launch on the European market is currently not planned.
