Whether electric motorcycles are or can be environmentally friendly is often a topic of discussion. Now a concept of an electric motorcycle equipped with an air purification function has been presented.
The Aether by Lin Yu Cheng is supposed to be able to filter the fine dust out of the air. Two large air inlets on the sides of the motorcycle are used to direct the air to a filter that removes PM 2.5 microparticles from the air while the motorcycle is in motion. The filters are to be replaceable or cleanable in order to maintain the filter function permanently.
In addition, the electric motorcycle is to be equipped with a wireless charging function, so that it would theoretically be possible to charge the motorcycle in special parking areas without the need for a cable.
It is interesting to see what possibilities people come up with for future motorcycles. However, it remains to be seen what is really feasible in the end and what will actually be implemented.
