The British company Electric Classic Cars (ECC) rebuilds classic cars and equips them with electric motors. So now with the Royal Enfield Bullet “Phanton”

Royal Enfield commissioned ECC to remove the internal combustion engine on a bullet and replace it with an electric one. The battery in connection with the electric motor enables a top speed of 112 km/h, develops 15 HP and has a range of 128 km.

The engine is water-cooled and has an integrated cooler. The frame had to be adjusted due to the larger space requirement.

Despite modern technology, the aesthetics of the Bullet from the 1930s were retained. Not much has been changed except the powertrain and frame. Even the tank was left untouched to maintain the classic silhouette.

The mirrors moved to the handlebar ends and the headlights were exchanged for one  with LED technology.

The price of the motorcycle is £ 20,000 or € 22,700
