The recall concerns the BMW G 310 R (2017-), the BMW G310 GS (2018-) and the Scooter C 400 X (2019).

In the models, due to winter road conditions and corresponding measures against smoothness (road salt), corrosion could occur on the surfaces of non-anodized caliper piston bores.

This could affect the piston clearance and affect the braking performance.

The message comes from the American area, but should also apply to other regions.
