After a break of almost four years, the motorcycle brand Motobi is returning and reflect on its own roots.
The goal was, and again is, to build sporty and attractive motorcycles, true to the motto “be sport”. The Italian manufacturer will now produce motorcycles from 125 to 400cc. The first models, the DL 125 and DL 300, are to be launched on the market in the summer.
The models are designed in Italy and built in Asia, as most manufacturers now do.
The DL 125 is a strikingly designed naked bike. The engine delivers 14.6 hp, it is equipped with ABS and an upside-down fork. Delivery is scheduled for summer. Shortly thereafter, the second model is to appear with the DL 300.
From 2021, all Motobi motorcycles will be designed for the Euro5 emissions standard. The second 125cc bike will also be introduced at this time. It should be a full-fairing sports model that lives up to the racing image.
“We attach great importance to the ideal interplay of modern technology and an authentic appearance of our products, in keeping with the brand image,” says Michael Leeb, CEO of Motobi.
