Actually Morbidelli had a contract with Petronas-Yamaha until the end of 2022, but for the change it will also be terminated early. It is still unclear to whom the vacant seat at Petronas will go. Rumors are currently talking about WSBK riders Toprak Razgatlioglu or Garrett Gerloff.
