Triumph is launching a small, practical and universal navigation solution. The Beeline navigation system is not just reserved for Triumph motorcycles, however; any motorcycle could be retrofitted with it.
International navigation
The device was created through the collaboration of Triumph and the navigation brand Beeline. It is designed to provide international coverage. In UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan you can be guided with the small navi.
Display with smartphone connection
When developing the small navigation display, the company wanted to create a minimalist, stylish and robust design. It should also fit perfectly with the modern classics such as the Bonneville series. The small navigator is waterproof according to IP67 and can also withstand shocks. A quick-release fastener makes it easy to mount on the corresponding holder.
Everything is controlled and set via the Beeline app. The options “Route” and “Compass” are available for selection. A route naturally takes you to the desired destination and shows you exactly which roads to use and where to turn. The “Compass” function only shows the direction of the destination, regardless of roads. This can be interesting to explore the roads freely and still not lose sight of the destination, or if you are off-road.
Extensive app and features
Triumph Beeline also offers a speed display, clock, trip computer, route tracking and sharing, or the ability to import GPX routes. The buttons on the display are appropriately arranged and sized to be easy to use even with gloves on.
The Beeline’s battery is said to last about 30 hours. In addition to a 2-year warranty, an app and software update is included for free and for life.
The device should be available for sale at Triumph dealers right away.
