The 4-stroke Motorbike 5W-40 is positioned as a flexible all-rounder that is suitable for both sporty use and daily operation. According to the MANNOL development team, the focus was on high stability at high engine speeds and reliable clutch compatibility.

4-stroke Motorbike 5W-40 – The versatile all-rounder
MANNOL 4-Takt Motorbike 5W-40 is based on ester technology and has been specially developed for heavy-duty four-stroke gasoline engines. It is suitable for motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, snowmobiles and jet skis – regardless of their cooling system, transmission type or clutch type.
The ester-based formulation ensures a high thermal load capacity, reduces friction within the engine components and specifically protects the cylinder, piston and valve train. At the same time, it ensures constant clutch function and prevents slippage. Additional additives contribute to engine cleanliness, facilitate cold starts and ensure stable performance even under prolonged load.
The oil meets the API SP and JASO MA/MA2 specifications and is approved for a wide range of manufacturers, including Aprilia, BMW, Buell, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, Moto Guzzi, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha. It is suitable for both machines with and without catalytic converters and for models with injection systems.
The 4-stroke Motorbike 5W-40 is available in 1-liter and 4-liter containers.
V-Twin 4-Stroke 20W-50 – Designed for large V-Twin engines
MANNOL V-Twin 4-Takt 20W-50, which is also ester-based, is specially designed for large-volume V-twin engines in road, off-road and touring bikes. The high viscosity ensures stable lubrication at low engine speeds and high ambient temperatures, especially in air-cooled engines.
Ester components in the oil strengthen the oil film, reduce evaporation losses and improve clutch compatibility – even with frequent starting or longer downtimes. The increased wear protection and support for engine cleanliness should also effectively counteract overheating.
The product meets API SG to CJ-4 and JASO MA/MA2 specifications and is recommended for Harley-Davidson, BMW Cruiser, Victory, Indian, Yamaha, Royal Enfield, Triumph, Honda, Suzuki and Kawasaki models, among others.
The V-Twin 4-stroke 20W-50 is available in 1-liter, 4-liter, 10-liter, 20-liter, 60-liter and 208-liter containers.
