Marc Marquez had another checkup last Monday after he was diagnosed with diplopia (double vision) after a crash in training. He got permission for first training sessions on the motorcycle.
More than optimistic after training
Last Monday, Marquez was examined by ophthalmologist Dr. Sanchez Dalmau. He was able to determine a significant improvement in the vision of the eight-time world champion and allowed the first training sessions on the motorcycle.
Marquez and his team decided on motocross, as it is the most demanding discipline in the world of two-wheelers. This was Marc Marquez’s first time back on a motorcycle after three months. The test took place at the Circuit de Ponts (Lleida).
Marquez describes his sensations and feelings on the bike as more than optimistic. Next up is a training session on the racetrack.
