A wide range of activities for motorcycle fans
Motorcycling was of course the focus of the event. Participants could either take to the roads on their own or take part in the organized tours of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), which led through the Lüneburg Heath and the Alte Land. In addition, the latest Harley-Davidson models were offered for testing, so that test rides were on the program.
Tips from the pros and first riding experiences
Off-road specialist Ralf Wiesenfeller showed participants how to right a tipped-over motorcycle. Those who did not yet have a driving license could get a first feel for riding a Harley-Davidson on the Jumpstart driving simulator.
Music and entertainment
Music is an inseparable part of the Harley lifestyle. 19 bands provided entertainment on two stages, including well-known acts such as H-Blockx, Motörizer, Jimmy Cornett and the Deadmen and Back:n. Rock Antenne Hamburg broadcast the highlights daily on a big screen.
Custombike Show and anniversary of the Softail models
The Custombike Show, presented by Metzeler, featured a special category for Softail models with Evolution engines, which were celebrating their 40th anniversary this year. Customers and authorized dealers exhibited their impressive classics. Sandor K. from northern Germany won the “Best of Show” title and received 1,000 euros (approx. 1,165 USD).
Culinary delights and tattoo art
The smell of barbecue was in the air as the second Hamburg State Barbecue Championship and the barbecue for the Block House Cup took place on the new BBQ Court. At the same time, the Hamburg Tattoo Days offered an opportunity to be inspired or to get a tattoo on the spot.
Stunts and shopping
Stunt shows by Maciej DOP Bielicki and Chris Lietsch provided thrills. Main Street, on the other hand, offered a more relaxed atmosphere for strolling and shopping at the numerous stands of authorized dealers and traders.
Farewell parade and looking forward to next year
The H.O.G. organized a large motorcycle parade at the end of the event. The visitors said goodbye on Sunday and are already looking forward to the Hamburg Harley Days 2025, which will take place from June 27 to 29. Further information is available at hamburgharleydays.de and Harley-Davidson.com.
