Ducati Kindermotorrad 5 1

Ducati and Peg Perego: Electric children’s motorcycles get the passion for motorcycles rolling early on.

The fascination with motorcycles often begins in childhood—not infrequently through the example set by a family member. Ducati has taken up this idea and is collaborating with Italian toy manufacturer Peg Perego to launch a series of electric children's vehicles. The traditional brand from Bologna is thus offering the opportunity to introduce children to the world of motorcycles in a playful way.

Collaboration with Peg Perego: From trikes to sporty two-seaters

The joint product line from Ducati and Peg Perego includes several models based on the originals from the Ducati model range. The range extends from a six-volt trike for €119 (approx. $129) to a larger model aimed at children aged two and above, which costs €179 (approx. $194). Both versions are designed to impress with their ease of use and child-friendly design.

For children who already value realism a little more, there are also two two-wheeled versions that can be ridden with or without training wheels. The first version is visually based on the Ducati Multistrada and features typical design characteristics such as a red trellis frame, a distinctive front fender, and functional side cases.

Another model is based on the sporty Desmosedici. It features fairings with sponsor stickers and decals, plus a sound module with “engine sound” for added authenticity. Both two-wheeled vehicles are priced at €489 (approx. $529).

Availability limited to mainland Europe

The electric Ducati children’s vehicles are currently only available in continental Europe. It is not currently possible to order from the UK. Detailed information on the individual models is available directly on the official Peg Perego website: www.pegperego.com
