2025 Aprilia RS 660 Factory: More performance for the mid-range sports bike

Aprilia is bringing the RS 660 back into showrooms for the 2025 model year and is also presenting an even more powerful version: the RS 660 Factory.  As befits a “Factory” version, the mid-range sports bike from Noale has not only been given a visual refresh, but also some technical upgrades that improve the riding experience even further.

Öhlins suspension for even more riding fun

The highlight of the 2025 RS 660 Factory is undoubtedly the fully adjustable Öhlins suspension.  These premium components are usually reserved for superbikes, but Aprilia has now also equipped the 660 model with suspension that ensures improved handling both on the road and on the racetrack.

Power and weight: a balanced combination

The 659 cm³ parallel twin has been revised for 2025 and now complies with the Euro 5+ standard.  Despite the necessary modifications, the power unit still delivers 105 hp (77 kW) and therefore offers an excellent power-to-weight ratio.  With a ready-to-ride weight of just 183 kg (403 lbs), the RS 660 Factory remains a light and agile bike that is suitable for both everyday and sporty riding.

New cockpit and improved aerodynamics

In addition to the technical optimization, the RS 660 Factory is equipped with a new full-colour TFT display, which provides the rider with all relevant information in a state-of-the-art display.  Aerodynamic winglets have also been integrated to improve stability at high speeds.

Colors and availability

Aprilia is also introducing new color variants for the 2025 model year.  The standard RS 660 is available in the colors “Blue Marlin” and “Venom Yellow”, while the Factory version comes with its own design and striking paintwork.

Conclusion

With the 2025 RS 660 Factory, Aprilia is taking the mid-range segment to a new level.  The combination of a powerful engine, high-quality chassis and state-of-the-art technology makes this bike one of the most interesting options for sports riders looking for a versatile and fun motorcycle.
