Massimo Rivola, the head of the Aprilia racing department, was relieved after Marco Bezzecchi’s move was announced. An important aspect of the change is the further development of the Aprilia RS-GP for the 2025 season. As both Maverick Vinales and Aleix Espargaro will no longer be part of the team, the test team led by Lorenzo Savadori will take on a central role. Rivola is confident that Savadori and the team will make the necessary progress to remain competitive.
