At the Isle of Man TT RoadRacer Peter Hickman won the first Superbike race. This marks his sixth TT victory.
Peter Hickman not only dominated the practice sessions so far at the Isle of Man 2022, he was also able to show off his performance in the first races. He was able to take the virtual lead on the very first lap at Glen Helen (the start is at 10-second intervals).
For the RoadRacing legend John McGuinness it was already the 100th start at the Isle of Man TT. With his Honda CBR 1000RR-R SP, he was able to take fifth place.
Davey Todd was initially in second place, but had to stop his race with technical problems.
