The FIM and Dorna have confirmed recent rumors and cancelled the Thailand GP. The reason for the cancellation is the ongoing pandemic and the resulting restrictions. Currently, the organization of a replacement event is being considered.
“The FIM, IRTA and Dorna regret to announce the cancellation of the Thailand Grand Prix, which was scheduled to take place at the Chang International Circuit from October 15-17. Despite the best efforts of all parties involved, the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic and resulting restrictions have forced the cancellation of the event”
