The brake manufacturer Brembo has bought shares in the tire manufacturer Pirelli. However, rumors of a merger are denied.
In fact, Brembo only bought a 2.43% stake. They plan this as a long-term and non-speculative investment. The participation in Pirelli takes place directly through the Brembo holding company Nuova FourB.
