Yamaha has introduced the R1 GYTR 2023.  This is a pure race track motorcycle without street legal certification, equipped with the best components from Genuine Yamaha Technology Racing (GYTR).

Like the R6 GYTR, the R1 GYTR was developed for racing to be more precise and improve lap times.  It is intended for track day riders and professional racers.  25 selected GYTR parts have been fitted to the racetrack R1, including an Akrapovic exhaust system.
