EICMA 2025 marks a significant milestone for Norton Motorcycles. The long-established British company, which has been part of the Indian TVS Group since 2020, will unveil four completely new models at the international motorcycle show in Milan on November 4, 2025. The announcement follows a fundamental reorientation of the brand, with the entire product range being discontinued in September 2025. TVS has invested more than £200 million (approx. €230 million or $245 million) since the takeover – a clear signal for the new start.

Norton Motorcycles is facing a decisive change: the traditional British manufacturer is currently modernizing its headquarters in Solihull to prepare for a completely new generation of motorcycles. The investments, which are being funded by the parent company TVS Motor Company, now amount to over £200 million (around €230 million or approximately $245 million). The new model range is set to be unveiled for the first time on November 4 at EICMA in Milan.

Norton Motorcycles is ending production of the V4SV, V4CR, and Commando 961 models to make way for a new generation of motorcycles. The British brand, which has been under new management since its acquisition by TVS Motor Company in April 2020, intends to shape its future with a completely redesigned model range. The first new models are to be unveiled at EICMA 2025.

The traditional motorcycle brand Norton is currently undergoing one of the most ambitious revivals in its long history. After years of crisis and financial uncertainty, the company was taken over by TVS Motor Company in 2020. This step not only marks a strategic new beginning for Norton, but also symbolizes the growing influence of Indian corporations on former British brands.

The traditional British brand Norton is about to undergo a comprehensive relaunch. Following its acquisition by the Indian group TVS, the company announced that it would launch six new models by 2026. This will be based on three new, internationally homologated engine platforms, which will significantly expand the product portfolio and take the company into numerous new markets for the first time.

Norton Motorcycles has been one of the best-known names in British motorcycle manufacturing for more than a century. The brand is closely linked to the history of the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy and café racer culture. However, over the past ten years, Norton ran into financial difficulties, which ultimately led to a change of ownership. Since its takeover by TVS Motor Company in 2020, the Indian group has been systematically working to revive the traditional brand.

Norton Motorcycles has released the first images of its new superbike, which is currently in the final testing phase. The official presentation of the new model is planned for EICMA 2025 in November. After difficult years under its former management, Norton is focusing on a comprehensive relaunch – the new V4 model is at the heart of the strategic realignment and is set to serve as the flagship of the traditional British brand.

After years of consolidation and restructuring, Norton is venturing a new start under the umbrella of Indian motorcycle manufacturer TVS. The traditional British brand is not only focusing on exclusive premium models, but also plans to launch a model range in the highly competitive mid-range segment around 450 cubic centimeters. The aim is to reach a broader customer base not only in Europe but also in India.

Norton Motorcycles, part of the TVS Motor Company Group, announced its plans for global expansion at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024.  With an investment of £200 million (approx. 230 million euros, 255 million USD), the company plans to launch six new models in the coming years and expand its presence internationally.

Norton Motorcycles, owned by TVS, has introduced a new “One of One” customization program for its motorcycles.  This program allows owners to customize the color and paint scheme of their motorcycle.  Additionally, they can create a design replica of an iconic Norton race bike.

The British company Norton Motorcycles is known for its impressive history in motorcycle construction.  Recent developments suggest that the company, which has been under the management of TVS Motors since April 2020, is planning a new range of motorcycles.  This development follows a series of significant events, including the acquisition by TVS Motors and the opening of a new headquarters just 18 months later.

The Norton Motorcycle Company, which has played a central role in motorcycle history since its foundation in 1898 and in particular since the introduction of its first motorcycle, the Energette, in 1902, is now celebrating its 125th anniversary. This special event is being celebrated with a spectacular new paint scheme collection for a limited edition of 125 motorcycles.

Following the acquisition of Norton by TVS, it was confirmed back in December 2021 that they would be releasing the Commando 961, meaning that the money invested by many people for this in advance (back in the Stuart Garner days) was not in vain.
