As has now been announced, Suzuki will separate the motorcycle and marine divisions, at least in America. The two divisions will be officially restructured.
Deadline is April 01, 2021, from this date on both departments will work independently. Suzuki Motor USA LLC will remain in Brea, California, where the headquarters of Suzuki USA has been located since 1981. Suzuki Marine USA LLC will be located in Tampa, Florida.
The two departments will have their own structures in order to be able to work completely independently from each other and to speed up decision-making processes.
