Scorpion has launched the latest version of its flagship helmet. At the same time a limited edition in Fabio Quartararo MotoGP replica design and Alvaro Bautista World SBK replica design was released.
The helmet was developed in cooperation with the racing sport. It features a five-layer Ultra-TCT shell made of specially developed fiberglass, aramid and poly resin fibers.
It is reinforced with a multi-layer EPS, which meets the requirements of DOT and ECE certification. In addition, the helmet should also meet the requirements of the FOM and FIA regulations, as well as the safety regulations of the World SBK.
The head is cooled via three openings at the front and an exhaust air duct at the back. The inner cover is made of Scorpions antibacterial KwikWick III fabric and also the air cushions in the cheek area have been reintegrated. The padding can be removed via quick release fasteners to make it easier to take off the helmet in case of an accident.
The helmet is compatible with the Pinlock Max version and is sold at a price of 399.99 USD. For the special edition the price is 459.95 USD.
