There are three driving modes. In the mode “wet” the power is capped at 120 Ps. The TFT display also has a few interesting features. If the track display mode is selected, the inclined position is displayed. A lap time function for the race track is also available. Too big changes compared to 1199 are not. The aerodynamics were improved by a modified shield. The nose was slightly modified and enlarged air intakes let the little one breathe better. At the rear was also worked.

The S version is equipped with some finer components. These include a semi-active suspension from Ohlins. Here, the suspension is adjusted automatically within a fraction of a second due to the current situation. This also applies to the steering damper.

When Panigale R was implemented much of the Superleggera. These include the titanium connecting rods, titanium valves and two-ring Piston.
