HJC brings the helmet of the MotoGP riders on the market. The new RPHA1 also meets the new and stricter standard ECE 22.06.
In the MotoGP and SuperbikeWM, the RPHA1 has been in use for some time and accordingly it meets the FIM homologation. The helmet, whose shell is made of carbon glass hybrid fabric, also meets the increased requirements of the new standard ECE 22.06 and now comes in a slightly adapted form the trade. There will be sizes 2XS to 2XL.
The inner lining is made of an antibacterial fabric and is supposed to wick away moisture very quickly and accordingly also dry quickly. As usual in racing, the helmet is fastened via a double-D closure under the chin. The helmet is also suitable for eyeglass wearers due to the integrated eyeglass channel.
Ventilation openings are provided in the forehead, chin, cheek and back of the head. The helmet is prepared for tear-off visors and a Pinlock visor is also included.
Price-wise, it starts at 699.90 euros for the basic shades of black or white. With decor one may add 100 euros. Special design variants of racers can also be charged at 839.90 euros.
