Arch Motorcycles, the motorcycle company in which John Wick aka Keanu Reeves is involved, is bringing the 1S street sports bike to production.
Noble sports bike
First seen at EICMA back in 2017, the 1S has since reached production readiness. The basic look has been retained, for example the single-sided swingarm is still present.
The 1S is a sports motorcycle. The seat is much higher and the footrests have been mounted more centrally. In conjunction with the flat handlebars, this results in a much sportier seating position than on the previous Arch models. The changed ergonomics also meant that the frame had to be adapted. The tank and airbox unit are made of carbon.
The steel frame houses an S&S V2 engine with 2,032cc. It produces 124 PS and 156 Nm. However, the new sportbike is no lightweight, 255 kg are specified here.
Noble components
The suspension components are from Öhlins and are fully adjustable. The two 6-piston calipers at the front are from ISR. A 4-piston caliper was mounted at the rear. The ABS is from Bosch.
The BST carbon wheels were equipped with Michelin Power RS. The tire dimensions are 120/70 ZR17 and 240/45 ZR17.
Noble price?
A price for the Arch Motorcycles 1S has not yet been announced. However, one should not expect a bargain here, as the base price of the sister model KRGT-1 also only starts at around 145,000. Whether the bike will also be homologated according to Euro5 and thus be eligible for registration in Europe is also currently still unclear.
