In America, the second season of the Sons of Anarchy – offshoot Mayan MC starts in September 2019. It will be the last season for which series creator Kurt Sutter is responsible.

The showrunner has announced this himself. He said it was time for “the white man” to leave the building. Since the series is about a Latino-Biker gang, the story could also be told by a “People of Color”.
Indirectly, he points to co-showrunner Elgin James, who could take over responsibility for a possible third season.
