Honda America is recalling a slew of models because they were equipped with faulty rear reflectors.
Due to a change in the manufacturing process, the reflectors are said to not reflect brightly enough and do not meet the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard regulations. Models up to 650cc from the 2020 and 2021 model years are affected.
See the list attached below for the affected models. According to Honda America, 100 percent of the models produced are affected, or 28,528 machines. Whether other markets are also affected is currently unclear. However, since motorcycles are usually produced in one plant for all markets, this cannot currently be ruled out.
