Music, test rides, and expo: the diverse program
Visitors enjoyed a varied program of events throughout the weekend. Numerous live concerts, free test rides on the latest Harley-Davidson models, and the sprawling Harley Village with its large exhibition area provided entertainment. This special atmosphere created the unique vibe that only a Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) event can offer.
The grand parade and custom bike show
One of the highlights was the traditional Harley-Davidson parade. Over 2,500 participants started their procession in the old town of Pula, accompanied by cheering spectators along the coastal road to Medulin. The parade offered impressive images and impressively demonstrated the fascination with the iconic US brand.
The custom bike show, supported by Metzeler, was held in the ancient amphitheater of Pula, one of the best-preserved Roman structures in the world. More than 45 bike builders presented their elaborately converted machines and demonstrated their individuality and creativity. Mirko Perugini from Italy took the title of “Best in Show” and won the “Radical Custom” category with a conversion based on a classic Harley-Davidson Flathead V2. Britta Feldwisch from Germany was awarded the Metzeler People’s Choice Award by the audience for her eye-catching pink Sportster 1200 “Pink Lady,” while Roberto Pellegrino from Italy won the Metzeler Judges’ Choice Award in the Sport category.
Pan America Offroad Experience and iconic models
The Pan America Offroad Experience tours also generated great enthusiasm, with experienced Dakar rider Joan Pedrero demonstrating the capabilities of the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 off the beaten track. Pedrero, who competed in last year’s Africa Eco Race with this model, impressively showed participants the versatility and performance of the adventure bike.
The H-D Expo focused on the brand’s latest models. Of particular interest was the Fat Boy Gray Ghost from the Icons Collection – a special model designed as a tribute to the 1990 Fat Boy. An accompanying exhibition was dedicated to the history of the Fat Boy series and presented Softail models from several decades. Bill Davidson, great-grandson of one of the Harley-Davidson company founders, visited the exhibition in person and paid tribute to his family’s style-defining legacy.
Shared passion and international hospitality
The special atmosphere of the event was also created by the openness and warmth of the hosts in Medulin and Pula. The cities welcomed guests from all over the world with open arms. Music, food trucks, cultural offerings, and the close community among H.O.G. members made the event an unforgettable experience. The event was organized in collaboration with Harley-Davidson, Uniline, the cities of Pula and Medulin, and numerous local and regional tourism associations. Support from the Croatian Ministry of Tourism and Sports took the event to a new level.
Preview: Upcoming H.O.G. events in Europe
Another highlight is already on the calendar for next year: From June 18 to 21, 2026, the next European H.O.G. Rally will take place in Cascais, Portugal – with Atlantic flair, spectacular routes, and a lively motorcycle scene. In addition, the European Spring Rally 2026 will take place from April 30 to May 3 in Senigallia on the Italian Adriatic coast. As usual, the European Bike Week, which will take place in Faak, Austria, from September 2 to 7, 2025, will provide a stylish end to the season.
