In order to accelerate the transition to electric motorcycles, Italian motorcycle manufacturer Energica wants to work more closely with other companies and also make its own technology available for this purpose.

Intensive cooperation planned

The electric motorcycle manufacturer now has more than 10 years of experience in this field and also supplied the MotoE unit bikes that compete in the MotoGP environment (from 2023 this will be taken over by Ducati).

Energica has now created a new division to collaborate with other Italian companies in the sector. “Energica Inside” is dedicated exclusively to technological development projects for modular powertrain components and systems.

Energica expects to become a revolutionary leading institution in various industrial sectors.

“Through industrial synergies created in recent years, the creation of a business unit can help us support the environmental transformation of our customers and strengthen our role as pioneers in Electric Valley” Carlo Iacovini, General Manager of Energica Inside.
