Three weeks ago, Ducati restarted production after the shutdown. The Superleggera V4 series will also begin shortly.
As Claudio Domenicali, Ducati’s CEO announced on Twitter, the Superleggera V4 is about to undergo quality testing, after which series production will begin. Strictly speaking, only 500 pieces of the noble Ducati are built.
Production is scheduled to start on May 21. The Ducati Superleggera V4 is equipped with a carbon frame and can offer an incredible power-to-weight ratio. 1.41 PS / kg are given (159 kg dry weight at 224 PS). With the racing system, the weight shrinks to 152.2 kg, while the output increases to 234 hp (1.54 hp / kg).
