It’s no longer a secret that Ducati is working on an extreme version of the V4. The first data should have been released to the public in November.
A video has now appeared on YouTube that is supposed to show components of the Superleggera. However, the video was not published on Ducati’s channel, but on V4evo.com. This is an accessory manufacturer of carbon components for the Panigale V4.
Â
In addition to carbon parts such as wheels, fairing, subframe and swingarm, an Akrapovic titanium exhaust system can also be seen in the video.
In addition, it should be equipped with the same Öhlins fork as the 1299 Superleggera, as well as a dry clutch. Weight is saved by using titanium screws and camshafts. The Öhlins TTX shock absorber should also be equipped with a titanium spring.
Â
The data cannot be checked in the moment. However, the video makes a high-quality impression – whatever that suggests or not …
Â
The data known so far speak of 224 hp at 173 kg. So far, however, it is not yet clear whether this is the dry weight. With the Akrapovic exhaust system, which has no road approval, 234 hp are to be achieved.
The first spy photos that were circulating on the internet months ago already showed the different carbon parts.

In addition to the video, a photo of the listed data has also appeared. Here we speak of a dry weight of 152 kg.
Production is scheduled to start in April 2020 and the first copies will be delivered in May 2020. The $ 100,000 motorcycle will be announced in January.
