The retro-style naked bike from Chinese supplier CFMoto will also be offered in Europe in 2021. Of the three available variants, however, only the Heritage will be available.
Three versions of the 700 CL-X
There will be different variants of the motorcycle. The Heritage will be aimed at more retro motorcyclists, and there will also be an Adventure and a Sport version. However, the differences are not particularly large.
The Adventure is equipped with chunky tires that are suitable for road and unpaved surfaces. In addition, it gets a high-cranked handlebar, wire wheels and panniers.
The Heritage is equipped with identical components. Only it gets instead of wire wheels cast wheels and on the side bags one must renounce here.
The Sport gets a slightly modified seat in single-seat configuration, stub handlebars and 17-inch wheels with street tires.
In Europe, however, only the Heritage is to be introduced. Whether the other two models will also be released later is not yet clear.
Same drivetrain
An in-line two-cylinder engine with 693cc and 75 PS provides propulsion. The maximum torque is 68 Nm. It was mounted in a tubular steel bridge frame. The seat height is 800mm.
Damping is provided by an upside-down fork and a direct-acting central shock absorber. An 18-inch tire in the dimensions 110/80 is mounted in front, and a 17-inch wheel with 180/55 tires is mounted in the rear.
Equipment
The round headlight with an incorporated X-shape uses LED technology, which also saves weight. Driving information is displayed via a monochrome LC display.
The weight is 196kg for all three models. The tank holds 13 liters.
