Based on the Spitfire, British motorcycle manufacturer CCM is building the Maverick, a version that is also capable of off-road use.

CCM makes no changes to the basic concept. It remains with the use of the familiar tubular steel frame, the cantilever steel swingarm and the engine from Husqvarna. It has 600cc and produces 55 PS and 50 Nm. The frame has been plastic-lettered in black, some carbon protectors have been fitted and the clutch actuation has been changed to hydraulic.

Designed for off-road excursions

The Maverick is equipped with 19-inch spoked wheels at the front and 17-inch wheels at the rear. They were covered with the chunky Mitas E7+ tires. To increase ground clearance for off-road excursions, the manifold was modified and the rear muffler was raised.

The upside-down fork and central shock offers 120 mm of travel. Optional components from Öhlins are offered. For the brakes, the decision was made to go with J.Juan. Here, too, however, there is the option to fall back on Brembo components.

The seat height is 830 mm, the tank holds 14 liters and the dry weight is given as 145 kg.

Many components for individualization

CCM offers a large number of different components to individualize its Maverick already ex factory. The base price starts at 9,995 pounds or around 11,700 euros.
