It seems that MV Agusta wants to launch a somewhat tamer version of the Brutale RR. Type approval documents point to an RS version.

Same performance but not so radical?

However, nothing will change in terms of pure performance data. According to the documents, it remains at 208 PS and 117 Nm. The dimensions of the naked bike, however, suggest a more relaxed seating position. 2.5 cm in width and 2.5 cm in height will be added to the RS version.

The new height would allow the footrests to be mounted a little further down without them touching down earlier in leaned positions. That, in conjunction with the wider handlebars, should result in a more relaxed and not so radically sporty riding position.

In terms of price, the RS should also be somewhat lower than the RR. Whether MV Agusta will also cut back on equipment features remains to be seen.
