As BMW announced in a press release, they want to present their new models via online presentations in the future.
Participation in the EICMA and Intermot trade shows have been canceled, as they can be more flexible with new live and digital formats, and also expect this to increase their information reach.
“Our strategic realignment of communications in the form of increased use of live and digital formats will enable us to get even more people around the world excited about BMW Motorrad products and offers in the future and to address them in an optimally targeted manner,” said Dr. Markus Schramm, Head of BMW Motorrad.
However, BMW still wants to present itself at selected, regional trade shows.
