Archangel from Ransom Motorcycles – Unique masterpieces on two wheels

In the world of motorcycles, there are machines that not only impress with their performance, but also with their uniqueness and craftsmanship.  The Archangel from Ransom Motorcycles embodies just that – it’s no ordinary motorcycle that you can simply find at a dealer.  Rather, it is the result of years of passion and craftsmanship and could be straight out of the popular video game Cyberpunk 2077.  With a price tag that reaches into the range of some super sports cars – depending on the individual equipment, the costs can quickly climb into the six- to seven-figure range (in dollars) – the Archangel stands for exclusivity and luxury on two wheels.

A work of art made from aluminum and chromoly steel

The Archangel is a prime example of craftsmanship.  Made from hand-formed aluminum and chromoly steel, this motorcycle is characterized by an impressive silhouette that flows from the front to the rear and includes the single-sided swingarm.  This makes the motorcycle appear as if it has been cast from a single mold.  The eye-catcher par excellence is the front, which is equipped with a hidden LED headlight that is only revealed when the nose of the Archangel slides forwards and downwards.  The radiator grilles with wings are harmoniously integrated into the bodywork, enhancing not only the aesthetics but also the performance through additional downforce.

Centerpiece with racing genes

The Archangel is powered by a 185 hp (137 kW, 183 hp) four-cylinder engine with around 1,000cc, which develops its full power at 13,000 rpm.  This powerhouse probably comes from a Japanese sports motorcycle, but the creator behind Ransom Motorcycles, W. Robert Ransom, keeps the exact origin a secret in order to preserve the individuality of each Archangel.  Weighing in at a solid 200 kg (440 pounds) and featuring custom air-sprung suspension that allows up to 11.4 cm (4.5 inches) of height adjustment, the Archangel is no lightweight, but offers impressive performance and is said to offer a unique riding experience.

The impressive 300mm wide rear tire not only gives the Archangel a powerful look, but also provides exceptional traction.

The front is characterized by an aggressive stretched fork which, as Ransom himself notes, requires a certain amount of body control from the rider to turn the bike.

The unconventional, outwardly curved titanium exhaust system is not only a visual statement, but also underlines the individual character of the Archangel and its claim to stand out from the crowd.

Not just for the road

Ransom considers its creations to be driving works of art and is therefore aimed at a clientele that is looking for something special.  The Archangel is more than just a motorcycle; it is a statement in terms of design and craftsmanship.  With its extraordinary appearance and the powerful technology under the hood, it combines the fascination of motorcycling with the luxury of an exclusive objet d’art for which you can also pay the corresponding price.

Conclusion

The Archangel from Ransom Motorcycles symbolizes the combination of art and machine.  It represents the exceptional talent and vision of its creator and offers the wealthy enthusiast not only a high performance vehicle, but a true collector’s item.  Although the price may be out of reach for many, the Archangel’s existence shows that almost anything is possible in the custom motorcycle sector – an inspiration for anyone dreaming of a unique motorcycle.
