At this year’s Milan show, APOLLINO unveiled its new RFN “Warrior” electric off-road motorcycle series. Leading the lineup is the Warrior Pro, a model that has attracted significant attention with its premium-grade off-road components and innovative design. Equipped with a lightweight, full aluminum alloy frame and professional-grade off-road parts, the Warrior Pro delivers power equivalent to an 85CC petrol off-road motorcycle, further elevating RFN’s competitive edge in the market.

Warrior Pro: Lightweight Powerhouse Setting New Standards in Electric Off-Roading

The Warrior Pro is distinguished by its lightweight engineering and high-performance off-road setup, with a durable aluminum alloy frame that reduces overall weight without sacrificing strength or resilience. This design offers enhanced handling, allowing riders a more responsive and agile experience on rugged terrain. With an electric motor that matches the output of an 85CC petrol motorcycle, the Warrior Pro provides robust power for both flat surfaces and challenging landscapes, securing its place as a top choice for advanced off-road riders aged 16 and up.

Exceptional Electric Drive System

  • Powerful Battery: Warrior Pro is fitted with a high-performance 72V 45Ah Samsung lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 3240Wh.
  • Efficient Motor: Its internal rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor peaks at 15 kW with a wheel torque of 560 N·m, matching the power output of an 85CC petrol engine to deliver smooth and powerful performance on diverse terrain.

Professional Off-Road Performance

  • All-Aluminum Alloy Frame: Built with race-standard aluminum alloy, the Warrior Pro’s frame achieves a unique balance of lightness and strength, suited for even the most demanding off-road conditions.
  • High-End Suspension System: Featuring a 48-51mm adjustable double shoulder fork with 18 settings and a 330mm adjustable rear shock with 20 levels of rebound damping and preload, Warrior Pro offers superb handling for smooth, stable off-road rides.

Intelligent Riding Experience

  • Multiple Riding Modes: Warrior Pro includes three riding modes, from long-range ECO mode to the high-performance SPORT mode, with automatic temperature control at 270A peak current, ensuring stability and safety at full speed.
  • Extended Range: Tested at 25 km/h on ECO mode, it achieves up to 80 km, with a top speed reaching 100km/h.

Precision Engineering and Details

  • Advanced Braking System: Equipped with four-piston calipers and 240mm/220mm floating brake discs, the front and rear hand-operated brakes provide precise stopping power.
  • Off-Road Tires: Warrior Pro features standard 21/18-inch aluminum wheels with KENDA F:80/100-21″ R:90/100-18″ off-road tires for enhanced grip and durability.

Ergonomics and Lightweight Design

  • Comfortable Ride: With a 920mm seat height, 375mm ground clearance, 1338mm wheelbase, and 800mm wide aluminum handlebars, Warrior Pro provides excellent control, stability, and adaptability.
  • Lightweight Construction: With a 1965 x 820 x 1230mm frame and total weight of just 86 kg, the vehicle combines 7000-series aluminum wheels and a forged aluminum rear swingarm for optimized weight distribution, minimizing fatigue during extended rides.

Eco-Friendly Design Suited to Global Markets

Purpose-built for off-road environments and CE certified, Warrior Pro offers a sustainable and high-performance alternative for off-road motorcycling, catering to the multifaceted needs of off-road enthusiasts worldwide.

RFN Series: Catering to All Riders

With the Warrior Pro leading the way, APOLLINO’s RFN “Warrior” lineup covers riders of all ages, challenging traditional petrol bikes with electric alternatives that match the power and performance of combustion-engine counterparts:

  • Warrior Mini: For ages 6 to 12, delivers power comparable to a 50CC petrol bike, ideal for beginner off-roaders.
  • Warrior: For riders 12 to 16, with power akin to a 65CC petrol model, helping young riders advance their skills while experiencing the thrill of off-roading.

RXF EVO Series: Expanding on Success

Following last year’s highly successful RXF EVO 18 in the European and American markets, the RXF lineup has expanded to meet a broader range of needs:
