Premium version with adjustable WP suspension
The KTM 390 Adventure is known for its value for money and off-road capabilities. Now, KTM will introduce a premium version of the model for 2023, which will feature an adjustable WP suspension. This innovation should further improve the 390 Adventure’s handling and off-road performance. The name of this new variant is still unknown, but it would not be surprising to see it referred to as the 390 Adventure R.
Lower seat height for more rider comfort
Another interesting update for the 2023 KTM 390 Adventure is a lower seat height variant. The current seat height of 855 mm can be a challenge for some riders. The new low-seat version should make the 390 Adventure more accessible to more adventure bike enthusiasts.
New options and availability
In addition to the new features already mentioned, there is also said to be a version of the KTM 390 Adventure with spoked wheels and adjustable WP suspension. The new variants are expected to be launched in May 2023, with India being the first country to benefit from these updates. In terms of pricing, there is no exact information yet, but it is expected that the new models will be slightly more expensive than the previous version due to the additional equipment.
The 373.2 cc single-cylinder engine remains unchanged and continues to produce 43 PS (42.9 bhp), 37 Nm of torque and is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The braking system consists of a 320 mm disc at the front and a 280 mm disc at the rear, supported by an ABS system.
